SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain brown boxes or padded envelopes for smaller items. 

We use numerous carriers selecting each one carefully based on their ability to have your order delivered to your doorstep on time, so don't be surprised if you receive your order sooner than expected. 

We endeavour to deliver your goods within 2 days of placing an order. However, if you need your order to arrive on a specific date or to a Hotel, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs. If you have any special request, write us a note in the "Instructions" box.  

Orders are processed and delivered on Monday through Saturday only, excluding holidays and eve of holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use only reputable national carriers, such as Singpost, DHL, Fedex and UPS to ship your orders. We'll identify only the best suited for your orders. All orders are trackable. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. If you have any special request, write us a note in the "Instructions" box. 

Shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. 

Delivery times vary with different countries, depending on the service you selected. Orders are processed within 24hrs unless otherwise stated.

  Estimated delivery within 1-3 working days.

• Priority 

  Estimated delivery within 2-8 working days.

• Standard 

  Estimated Delivery within 5 - 14 working days.

• Economy 

  Estimated delivery within 3-15 working weeks.
